I started this practice because I wanted to have the kind of time with patients that I always felt medicine was missing. Over the years, you have trusted me with much more than your medical history. I have had the privilege of caring for many of you through different seasons of life. There have been good days, difficult days, unexpected news, and wonderful moments. Those relationships have meant a great deal to me.

That is what makes closing the practice difficult. But sometimes you reach a point where you know it is time for a change. I have reached that point, and while closing this chapter is difficult, I feel at peace knowing it is the right decision. I hope you know how much your trust has meant to me over the years. Thank you for allowing me to care for you and for sharing so much of your life with me. I will always be grateful for that trust and for the time we have shared. If I have helped you in some small way to feel better, understand your health, make a change, or simply feel heard, I am thankful that you trusted me enough to let me be part of your story.

The practice will remain open through October 30, 2026. If you are a current patient, you received an email last week with information about the transition, including recommendations for continuing your care and instructions for obtaining or transferring your medical records. Please keep that information and reach out to the office if you have questions.
